Kfc - Fort Madison

The manager we had today was fantastic! Our order was accurate and we received prompt and friendly service. I'm pleased to see new management in place, as it has greatly improved the restaurant.

KFC has raised their prices. They were out of what we wanted. People were waiting quite a while for their food. They no longer have green beans or baked beans and ran out of sweet tea.

I have a love for KFC (the restaurant). Currently, I can only give this location two stars. Despite experiencing both disappointments and satisfactions here, I find myself returning. The management is subpar and should undergo retraining or be replaced by individuals who grasp the concept of "serving" the public. The prices do not align with the portion sizes, and the small chicken pieces are not satisfying - go for the larger ones instead. Overall, I would recommend giving it a try!

Firstly, I want to address the false claim about rats being present in this restaurant - it is completely untrue. I can confirm this as my friend used to work there. Secondly, I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for their hard work in providing fast and friendly service. I understand that errors in orders can be frustrating, but it should be noted that this restaurant frequently hires new employees due to a high turnover rate. It is important not to take out any frustration on the staff who are actually present and working hard. I recently ordered a party pack and the tacos were made correctly. I also took advantage of the happy hour promotion (2-5 p.m. only) and purchased three medium drinks for one dollar each. The staff were all very kind and courteous, and I will definitely be returning as this restaurant not only serves KFC but also Taco Bell, and I love their tacos. I want to commend the employees who are dedicated to their work - you all are doing a great job!

I just went there and they messed everything up my Mac and cheese isn't Nashville and I even told them it wasn't and they ignored it and gave me 2 pieces of chicken and it's cold
