Taco Bell - Fort Madison

I go to this taco bell about once every 3 to 4 weeks. I have always been able to get soft shell tacos on the Cravings pack. The last two times I've been told no substitute. What happened to service the customer? I'm thinking about not going to this store again. I spend $40to $50 a time.

There is something different about the soft tacos here vs a regular tb. This one is part of a kfc. I think since there is less volume the food sits longer. I like taco bell because it seems a little lighter. Felt a little wierd for a while after earing here
