My friend and I decided to grab a dinner for my family from this location, but, unfortunately, it resulted in a trip to the hospital. The door slammed shut on his finger, it was too much pain for him and he fainted. The first thing we thought for first aid was to put ice cubes on his finger. I asked the staff for ice cubes and to my surprise the staff said they dont have ice, then turned away from me back to what he was doing, checking food orders. I'm sure they were aware that something had happened to one of their customers, but they pretended they saw nothing. A nice lady, one of the customers waiting for her order, helped me putting my friend back to his conciousness, yet NONE of the staff came to check what was going on until the lady started being mad at the staff for showing complete lack of concern about their customers. Another staff came when the ambulance had arrived, asking if my friend was ok or needs help.NO HE WASN'T OK, OF COURSE. I needed their help ,when my friend passed out on my arm, but they did nothing. We do understand that they were busy, but they needed to be more vigilant and attentive to everything happening inside the store, act and provide first aid when needed. I am very disappointed.
It was 6:46 in the evening and I decided to buy some chicken and feed my family. I walked into the store and held the door for my good friend. It closed on my finger and it squat in the door. A nice lady came to my rescue and came over and she got a chair for me. I sat on the chair and then I fainted. My friend and the nice lady were very concerned and got a bag of peas from a nearby store to keep the swelling down and tried to get me to become conscious again and called 911. NOT ONE STAFF MEMBER came to check on me till emergency services arrived and they basically just watched me stand up from the chair and leave with emergency services medical staff.... NOTHING FROM STAFF MEMBERS, not even a cold drink to put on my finger, or to get my information so management can contact me.... nothing nothing nothing VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE STAFF. I was in their store, and I felt that I was all alone to take care of myself.. VERY DISAPPOINTED, I’m willing to bet their staff isn’t trained in first aid or anything. It was like they didn’t care.if a customer faints in their store they don’t care and they will act as if it’s not happening
As you know fast food places are becoming more expensive to eat at. Mary Browns at this location always has good food. But always double check your order before you leave store. They are very forgetful. Just a heads up to save yourself frustration and time.
Really good chicken. Juicy and good portions. Cost me 15 bucks for a thigh, chicken breast, pop, tots and a small coleslaw.
