The store is a great store with good employees, but they need a change in policy regarding the collection of customers' information. I placed order online in the night (October 18, 2023) for pick up this morning, but to my big surprise, my credit card information including the 3 digit CVC code were all written down on the order form, accessible to anyone. I pointed this out as being wrong, but the employees explained that they are following company's policies, and that some people might call to cancel their order. Canceling order or not, copying the credit card information of a customer on a sheet of paper is completely wrong and violation of ones privacy, the information should be entered into the system when given. They said they usually shred it, even at that, it's still not right. Hopefully someone is reading this and make changes because right now, the trust is broken, and i do order for work meetings quite often here.
Had grandchildren with me, and they love the 6 subs and the wraps. They get to make their own choices for bread and toppings, which makes them feel great. They are 7 5. Prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent .Vegetarian options: You can have a vegetarian sub, wrap or salad. Meat is kept separate from veggies.Parking: Somewhat limited in front of store but plenty of parking around side past Boston Pizza.Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk sloped, doors push activated, aisles wide enough for wheelchair.
I ordered through the mobile app. I asked for sauces to be put on the side as it was for our work the next day. my kid picked it up and dropped it off and it had sauces on it. I called and complained they said they were making new ones and I could pick them up asap I sent my son again as we had to be up at 4am and didn't bother to check the new ones and long behold the next day at break they had just a small amount to ruin the sandwiches. super disappointed that they would do that intentionally.
