I had a great experience at Downtown Tim's, with clean bathrooms and strong water pressure in the sink. Unfortunately, Thickwood Branch needs to address their water tap issue as there was no water flow.

My review is based on multiple occasions where my food was poorly prepared and I was unable to finish or even eat the food sometimes.
