Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fort Mill

The first time I was here it was awesome, that was a month ago. I swung by last night, the food was good, but the service was not exactly on their A Game , Chipotle is one of those places where you walk in someone is always there to greet you and ready to take your order, not last night exactly. I walked, there was an employee sitting down eating I understand that employee was on their break, that 's fine. However, as I approach the counter, I waited 10 min.s to be served and this was 9:30pm. They were out of chips, I had a reward to use for free guac on my app that I scanned, the employee made the mistake not accepting it, and I made the mistake by realizing it today as I looked over the receipt. The first time i was here, I would have given it a 5 Star review, but now it downgraded to a 3 Star. The next time I 'm here, I hope for a better experience and be able to promote it to a higher rating.

Consistently poor experience when ordering via the app (used it 2 times, won't fool us a third). Each item of our order was wrong. Barbacoa burrito? No, has chicken instead. Fajita Salad with chicken? Where's the lettuce?? Cheese quesadilla with a side of brown rice? Nope....chicken quesadilla and no rice.

Well can't rate the food or service. We walked out before ordering. The place was dirty and the food holding compartments were cross contaminated. Place was not inviting and we didn't want to risk it. Good luck.

Don?t know where to begin. Love Chipotle. Been eating it for 20 years. Always had great service and quality. Was excited when one opened close to my house. Has been an absolute nightmare. Food is never ready on time. Order through app and is usually 30-40 minutes late. Never get the order right. Food is often cold and missing ingredients. Workers could not care less. Are openly rude and will happily ignore you. This is not an isolated incident. Been a problem since day 1 of this location. Not sure what more can be done. Have been complaining to Chipotle corporate for years. Get no response or actions taken. Today is the last day we eat from this location. Might be the last time we have Chipotle.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!! Nearly walked out upon seeing the filthy food prep area. Cross-contamination of every food container, there was a big piece of lettuce ? in the sour cream. Soda fountain looked like it was cleaned with a rag soaked in Crisco. Every table was dirty. Every one. There was a whole crew of employees doing exactly ZERO to remedy any of these problems. Food was just OK, I probably didn't finish it all because the restaurant was so gross. I won't be back, let this review serve to advise you to avoid it as well.
