I ordered two hours in advance and made sure that the arrival is set early to have time to set up the pizza for every lunch break. When time came for my pizza, I heard nothing. I called back and the pizza was broken and they were a new one, so there was an additional 30 minutes from the original arrival time, which meant that we did not eat it during our lunch break. I would have preferred if they had given us only a few slices, or something that is sent out faster. I would also like to have informed ASAP. When they send out all pizzas, the other pizza originally ordered and the broken pizzas they gave us for free are not fresh now after they sit on the pizza oven for so long. To be nice, they gave us the broken pizza for free, but that was usually not used as I ordered the right quantity anyway and now we had to find a way to dispose of the remains of this extremely large pizza. We also asked the pizzas to be double cut, none were double cut. I also asked the driver to call as soon as they arrived. He just left it on an outside shelf. I think he wanted to leave, but then we saw the pizzas approaching and came to apologize for what I appreciated. The pizza itself is very good and my colleagues and I enjoyed the taste and size of the pizza. We didn't appreciate the delay. The person on the phone was very polite and nice.
2 special disks from the display. I took my money. I went to the toilet room, came out, and the discs I had ordered were not even placed in the oven. So I waited a few minutes, nothing. Then I asked the person who called me to put the panes on the oven, and he seemed like he had other things in his head. Apart from that, there was another person who had packed orders from the kitchen and she looked at me like I wasn't there anymore. Finally, the opponent heated my discs and gave them to me. I made a mistake to order a third slice, took my money and didn't put the slice in the oven. I waited a few minutes and asked the person to put my pane in the oven. The other one looked at me and from a distance said, Can I help you? Very defensive sound. I've responded to my disc waiting. At least I have to say that? ve crossed the line because when my pane and another pane came together she cut them and the pane she gave me was half the size of the other pane. I wanted to ask for the other disc, but why bother. She taught me a lesson. Up to their high prices I understand, their service has fallen on the hill. Not even a thank you from the help. You gave me $2 for 3 slices and changed in the glass. If I go back, I won't make that mistake. Tips are for good service.
One of my favorite pizza spots around miles. Can't beat the taste and the dough! They treat you properly and make the best pizza in the Charlotte area. Get out of the way! You also drank beer if you want. (Includes picture) Fast service! Easy parking and wheelchair accessible.
Excellent pizza! My whole family fled over the sauce that came with the garlic knots. Maybe it has changed recently? I don't remember it's so delicious in the past. I'd like to do it with my next order.
I don?t know what has happened to this place since I first tried them earlier this year, but this has been the third time I had to call restaurant after receiving order due to poor quality, and this takes the cake. The topping on this pizza supposed to be ?breaded chicken?, but this has to be croutons because they?re so hard. At this point I don?t want no more pizza or anything from here, enough is enough with the credits . I?ve received better quality pizza from Marco?s and after my experience today it just confirms Village Inn pizza is definitely better trust me I was born raised in The Bronx. It?s a shame because Danny?s used to be my goto pizza shop whenever myself or family visiting from out of town wanted that down home pizza taste
