Feedback gevenOur first visit to Freddy's and it definitely won't be our last! Phenomenal Burger and the best concrete around! We shared a big PB and chocolate banana concrete and it changed our lives! We would definitely recommend this as a first-class American fast food restaurant!
One of my favorite cat menus. Your employees seem nice and the orders are correct. The burgers are delicious if you like thin steak style burgers, and the frits are thin and perfect. I'm from MI and it reminds me of Halo Burger : .
Wait 20 minutes for my family from four. Then everything was wrong about the order we opened it. Then went to order the children's ice cream, waited another 20 minutes after the order and finally found out that the manager at the service told them not to do anything until all people were helped in the passage. The store was completely destroyed. will never return
Our mission was to go. We placed the order. The checkout was new and tried to make our order right. Cheese was omitted from the burgers. We sat near the pick-up window. The guy who prepared our pommes thought mistakenly that we had normal size, but we ordered big. He took the regular size and poured it into the large containers and put it in the pocket. Either we didn't get big pommes or you ripped off your customers. You should probably talk to your employees.
Visit was 6/9/22 4:30ish. Food is usually delicious (when made as it 's supposed to be)but when you drive 30 minutes (gas at $5.00 /gal) and receive horrible customer service, (from the Assistant GM at that) it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I was told by Izzy or whatever her name is, that false advertisement is ok because the item is discontinued . The picture should be taken down then, not left on the drive thru sign. Furthermore, excellent customer service practice would be to advise the customer that the almost $9.00 sandwich can 't be prepared as shown because, since it is out of season some of the menu items are no longer available. You don 't just hand it out prepared some random way. I was hung up on and my calls were ignored after I was trying to explain I wanted a refund because what I received is not what I ordered. When asked for upper management because clearly she was getting aggravated, as was I at this point, I was lied to and told she is the only person I could talk to. I was able to get in touch with the corporate office and am awaiting a response from an Evan. Seeing as how the Assistant GM reacted, I have little faith that this will be handled accordingly but I trust it will be. Perhaps Izzy needs some additional training or maybe this isn 't the right career path for her.
