I? ve bought pizza at Mama for a while and only have time to do this review. Yes Mama?s has very good pizza, meat lover Calzone! I always buy the lasagna, they're so hard to find in Charlotte! I have to go to Indian land. Good work Mama? I will add them next time?!

Mama's pizza has a great Italian food. Our family of 6 ordered different dishes and all were better than expected. The pasta was perfect and the creamy sauces were delicious. Our server was very attentive to our needs and helpful in choosing the right meals for all of us. They won't be disappointed.

This is hands down the best pizza in upstate New York! Honestly! As a pizza enthusiast and an experienced cook, I can confidently say that this is what other Italian restaurants aspire to achieve. I hoped this place would be good, and it exceeded all my expectations. Amanda and George were outstanding servers—extremely friendly and generous. The wines were excellent, and the food was delicious. It's a great spot that will definitely feed you and your family well. The prices are very reasonable; if you leave hungry, it's your own fault! A thousand kudos!

I placed a DoorDash order and was disappointed with my experience. I wasn't greeted when I arrived, and when I spoke to the two white employees, they didn't respond. I had to raise my voice for one of them to finally acknowledge me. When I mentioned I was there to pick up the order, they rudely informed me that it wasn't ready. I usually give restaurants a second chance, but I won't be returning to this one. The place also had a strange odor, like an old mop or rag—not at all what I'd expect from a pizza restaurant. 20:25, today.

I've been to Mama's a total of 3 4 times. The first time I went I ordered their Alfredo it was absolutely delicious as well as the 2nd time. However, last night the Alfredo had zero flavor had to doctor it up with Parmesan and garlic powder which made my stomach hurt. My mom got a big platter that looked really delicious as well but again had ZERO flavor. The sauce had a weird sweet almost tin taste to it. I also asked for extra garlic knots never got them server was too busy. Got a slice of pizza as an appetizer (she said the slices were big) it was very small and tasted old. I only gave two stars because the server was nice and she was trying. I probably won't be back unless changes are made. Also the inside is very dark old looking. The decor is outdated needs to be brightened up a bit looks awful!
