Feedback gevenMake sure to check your receipt I have been twice this week and both times they have overcharged me. the first time it was an elderly lady working the register and could not figure it out and charged me an extra $2 for something I didn 't order. I ordered the mcpick 2 for 5 only to find out when checking my Bank record they charged me for both items separately and it cost me an extra $4!!Hands down, worst store In the McDonald 's chain that I have ever visited. Besides typically being the slowest in the area, I 'm completely appalled by the little pranks their staff pulls. Yesterday they forgot my 3 year olds nuggets in the happy meal we ordered so I simply called, told them what happened and was told to come back by the next chance I had to pick up a replacement happy meal. We went back today while we were out running errands and instead of receiving a replacement nugget we received a nugget box FULL OF TARTAR SAUCE. To say I 'm irate is an understatement. No sincere apology for forgetting them in the first place fine, I can move on with my day...but trying to fix the situation by giving my child a nugget box full of sauce is another. I will never go back to this location again. I 've had it. This isn 't the first time they 've tried to be funny with orders, but it 's the last time it 'll happen to us. Hoping to speak to a GM about the matter.
Customer service is amazing and love all the different flavors of custard and ice.
Wow. First time there and I received attitude from the girl behind the counter when I asked where the Italian ice flavors were. Will never go now. Get people that have customer service skills. Unreal.
I want to share our recent experience from 8/4/22, which left us a bit disappointed. My husband went inside with his brother, my niece, and my two youngest kids, while my oldest daughter and I waited in the car due to the rain, as we only had two umbrellas. When they returned, one of our orders was missing. My husband went back inside to get the missing item, and from the car, I could see him speaking with the lady behind the counter, who seemed to be argumentative. He said she didn't believe him and implied that we were being dishonest about the order. He had to come back to verify what was ordered and then go back inside to finally get the last item. We've visited this location many times and often bring guests from out of town, so we were surprised by this encounter. While I can understand that a larger order of seven items might be overwhelming, it was just our family placing the order. I'm not so much upset about the mistake itself but rather about how my husband was treated. Mistakes happen, but it's essential to handle them with care and respect. I hope this situation is taken into consideration, as we would love to continue dining here in the future.
Rita's has finally arrived in Fort Mill! They offer the best selection of cream and water ice flavors. You can try samples, and the variety of custard flavors is incredible!
