Feedback gevenThe employee I encountered was not only unhelpful but seemed to have an attitude, which was quite rude. A couple of weeks prior, the same employee had difficulty understanding my sandwich order and repeated it back to me seven times before I could get my food. I don’t have any language barriers, as I am a native-born citizen and have studied here. It raises concerns about who is managing this location and their hiring practices. If the staff chooses to act in a discriminatory manner, I believe they shouldn't be operating in a public space like Walmart or any other venue.
I've never encountered an employee as slow as Denae. Her pace is so slow that people leave the line. It's unbelievable. To make matters worse, my food and drink were all messed up. I even noticed that my stale old bread was sliced through, ruining the meal, because I didn't want to wait for her to prepare a new one. What a frustrating experience!
I wonder how much money Subway might be losing in this way, considering how many transactions they handle. It's not that I'm particularly upset about the small amounts, but it feels like theft and dishonesty. The employees don’t appear to be overwhelmed or distracted, so I don't understand why this keeps happening. I want to make it clear that if this continues when I come back, I will not hesitate to report it to management or even the authorities. Everyone deserves to be treated fairly, and it's important for all of us to act responsibly in our jobs.
Order I had ever filled in a subshop. I ordered two cold cut combos (ham, salami, bologna) and none of them had salami on them. The sandwiches were completely blown in the packaging and there were more Mayo on the sandwiches than meat it was rough. Next time I'm driving the extra distance to Jersey Mike.
Showed up at 8:50 pm on monday Jualy 16 2018....wiated in line for 15 minutes until a walmaWa manager found the subway girl. By the time she got to us it was 9:10 pm. I asked for a meatball sub and was told that they closed in five minutes and were out of meatballs. The same meatballs I saw behind the counter. I pointed out the closed at ten and not 915 and she told me, Yeah but I have to take out the trash! So rude! I 've never said anyone should be fired but honestly that girl should quit of she 's that unhappy!! She was so rude and the worst service I 've ever had at any subway ever!!!
