Feedback gevenI believe that this innocence (in Indian Land) would be of great benefit in working with Chik-fil-a to train their staff! I personally didn't eat from wendy's, but went for a ride with my Hubby to take a bite. Very long line and still wrong order!
It?s sad really... there?s like 8 people in there and all they are doing is yelling, laughing, and talking to one another. I asked for tomato on the spicy chicken sandwich (value menu), it?s not hard to put a piece of tomato on my chicken sandwich but they prefer to talk and be loud and not PAY ATTENTION to what?s going on. Needless to say this isn?t the first time that this has happened... It?s sad really, how most of them will end up being there for there rest of their lives without knowing how to read a computer screen. There is no discipline here, hate to see how they act at home.
The worse customer service you will ever experience! The lady that took my order was so rude. It was like it killed her for me to ask if mustard and ketchup came on the burger with smart reply! Well, do you want the combo? Yes I said I want a drink and fry. Strawberry lemonade. Well, what size? She said. Ugh! And it was so rude!!!! Then to top it off, I didnt even get a double, it was a single. I paid for a double but I be dang if I was going back! Will never come here again! I would rather drive to Charlotte!
Worst Wendy's Ever. Found a fly on my burger and the manager was working the kitchen. Waited over 20 minutes to speak to her.
The taste was good, however my sandwich was small and had very little bacon. Asiago chicken sandwich is expensive... It should resemble the picture they have of the asiago chicken sandwich. I don't mind paying more if the sandwich is quality. Line was moving very slow today. I was in drive thru over 15 minutes
