Bbq House - Fort Mitchell

I used to visit this place regularly in the mid '90s when I was with the 3rd Ranger Battalion. I loved it back then, and I still love it now. I'm so glad to see it's still in business. It's a true local gem. Keep up the great work!

This is an amazing spot to grab a bite, especially if you're heading to or from Fort Benning, particularly close to the drop zone. I absolutely love this place!

Great grill! I tried the ribs, chopped shoulder, baked beans, BBQ coleslaw, regular coleslaw, Brunswick stew, and potato salad. Unfortunately, I mistakenly received the regular sauce instead of the hot one. Personally, I wasn't disappointed, but I had ordered for others who wanted the hot sauce, and I didn't want to interfere with their orders.

We haven't visited this place in quite a while, but today I ordered a BBQ sandwich and it was absolutely delicious!

All in all a good barbecue joint. Every time I pass the place they've got their smoker going.
