Foxescountry Deli - Fort Montgomery

We have driven past here hundreds of Times and finally visited today. We should've started going here long ago as the sandwiches from here were delicious and huge. They do a really big catering business from here along with customers eating outside on the high tops. The place is dog friendly. They have hot prepared foods including chicken breasts, chicken wings, etc every kind of sandwhich with boars head meat and an ice cream shop all in one. This is a few minute drive from the gates of West Point and bear mountain park. We will definitely return enough food to take home for dinner too.

I moved from NYC to Highland Falls approximately 4 years ago and this is the only place in Orange County, NY that I would buy sandwiches from, without thinking it twice. Very clean and overall very welcoming. It's the only place that actually has Boars Head products which is what I miss most from the city. When I buy sandwiches from here, I feel like I'm eating a sandwich from NYC which is a great thing. My favorite is Hot Pastrami with Pepper Jack cheese, loaded with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, banana peppers, and mayo on a spinach wrap. Highly recommend Foxes' Country Deli!

All I know is there is no better bang for your buck within 30 miles! This place is delicious and the sand which sizes are beyond generous. Found this place on a whim and have been back 2 times a week since!

Chose this deli over others in the area because they have Boars Head brand. Solid Turkey Hero. Will definitely be back.

We always stop when we are in town for an Army Football game or taking the train to Yankee Stadium. Great Italian Subs. The rolls are so fresh! Cutlets are thin and tasty! Meatballs are good too. We actually have never had anything we didn 't like! We bring friends and family whenever we are in town. We wish we had a 'country deli ' near us in Massachusetts!
