The food was subpar, lacking flavor and creativity. The service was equally unsatisfactory, with inattentive staff who seemed disinterested in providing a good dining experience. To top it off, the overall atmosphere was dull and uninviting. I don't believe I'll be returning anytime soon.

I waited 15 minutes for two sandwiches and fries, even though there was no one else in line. They added ranch to the sandwich after I specifically requested no ranch, and they only gave us one order of fries. Service was for takeout.
