Chick-fil-a - Fort Myers

The cashier was extremely rude. When I approached the counter, she didn’t even look at me and simply asked, “Name?” I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but her rudeness only escalated as I placed my order. I ordered a large meal, and while ringing it up, she didn’t say anything. As I was about to pay, she mentioned that they didn’t have a large cup. I replied that it was fine and that I would take whatever size they had instead. She took a small cup, and I said that I shouldn’t have to pay for a large drink if I was getting a small one. She responded by saying, “Well, it’s only 40 cents more,” while continuing to glare at me. In the end, I felt pressured to pay for the large drink despite receiving a small. I won’t be returning if this is the kind of service I have to deal with; it was very disrespectful.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and medium fries through Grubhub just 15 minutes before I arrived to pick up my order. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes because they were out of medium fries. It would have been easy to just give me half of the large fries instead. I just wanted to get out of that greasy place!

They open at 8, but every morning, nothing is ever ready. There's always a long wait for food, as they wait until they open to start cooking. This location is poorly managed and desperately needs new leadership. If there were another location on campus, I wouldn't choose to come here, but since there isn’t, just be prepared for a wait. It seems like no one really knows what they're doing!

Chick-fil-A is one of those places that I find to be always packed but fast serving. I rarely have to wait more than 5-10 minutes to get my food and it's always on point and delicious. The only thing I don't like about the one on campus is that theydon't accept gift cards, but other than that Chick-fil-A is always one of my favorite fast food places.

Location at FGCU was very busy, long line of students but moved everyone through quickly. Grilled chicken club was very good and served quickly, as well. Will definitely return.
