We were a party if 14 and 2 birthdays. Food was incredible besides the cold soup and non interactive chief but the service was awful. Our server was over sat and the managers did not help at all. He took 45 minutes to get our first round of drinks to the table. One of the managers (a woman with glasses watched from the corner we had to ask them to come over. I spoke with two managers and they did not even seem to care. One of them just said thank you for the input and did not address the issue. Just a lame experience Wont be back.
Being here for the first time was definitely a great experience! It's nice in the food was at the point. Our cook was funny, great to earth. To give only 4 stars, because our server has forgotten our drinks a few times, the controls are also grounded. Also the bus girl with the blond hair took our plates with food before we were finished without asking. She threw out one of our appetizers that we were ready to go home, nearly destroying my friend's dinner while she was in the bathroom. Her husband had to repeat twice before she left the plate. She really should ask if we're done before we have plates that still have food on them. She made us feel we were kicked out. Apart from these two problems, it was amazing that we will definitely be back!
The food was good, our first cook left the Hibachi because he didn't feel good, then a little later, when the food still sits there, we finally got a new cook. No frills, no volcanic denomination, no flip-dings, no entertainment. From the beginning to the end they were very unorganized. They sat us 15 minutes too late and it would have been longer, I wouldn't have asked why we wouldn't sit yet, they said they thought they had already taken place, we had a hive that never left. Such a zero foe customer service
Don?t get me wrong, restaurant is beautiful. Food was good but portions were small for the price, specially the hibachi. I?ve been to many hibachi and any kind of Asian restaurants and I have a shellfish allergy, which I always tell the person who is helping us. We already order, I order vegetarian sushi not hibachi, the manager comes and ask us to sign a non liability or responsibility for my allergies, which I could understand if this happen when we order but I already ate have of my food so I don?t feel safe anymore, plus I?m pregnant. Not happy with this situation. I would never go back. I understand allergies is no joke which is why I always tell in advance my allergies and carry my epi pen. Not telling me this since the beginning made me feel unsafe.
