Feedback gevenOrdered pizza and cheese bread last night and it was phenomenal! Best pizza in a very long time. I had been shying away from this Dominos because of the long delivery times and the less than stellar food I received the last 2 orders. I tried again lastnight after a few months and these guys are back on there A game. They were my go to for pizza for the last 10 years because ofthe dependable service and good food. Happy to have them back for my Friday pizza fix.
I was having an issue with a coupon I received in the email. When I called, a few of the workers were very honest and helpful, understanding that I wasn?t interested in forcing them to give me a ?freebie?, but wondering if the issue is on my end. The mosthelpful was Sean he was very patient and thorough in helping me understand their app is the issue. My issue wasn?t actuallyresolved, but little frustrating things like this melt away when customer service is stellar. Thank you for being a classystore!
When I called, I spoke to what I believe was the cook, who mentioned that Jacqueline had behaved this way before. Jacqueline, when you make assumptions, it reflects poorly on both of us. You effectively missed out on a $20 tip due to your ungratefulness and rudeness to several customers. I suggest being a bit kinder next time, especially considering that you only had to drive less than a mile to deliver my order. It’s quite disappointing, and I truly think she should be let go.
Make sure you know the specials, or you might end up paying $20 for a large pizza with just one topping.
I can't say enough good things about this Domino's! They always get my order exactly right. Whenever I've had issues with the app, their team has been incredibly helpful. I just want to thank you all for consistently fulfilling my orders. I've earned enough points for a free pizza, so I’ll definitely be back soon!
