I don't understand why the chocolate powder they use must be sweetened. it's too sweet.

Worst person behind the counter I've ever met. the little girl in the register was super, but this one she pulled out of the back to help her with an endless line should be fired. had an employment of going, she does not belong where near the public. would clean well quiet houses with only the inconspicuous bucks to push their terrible attitude. did not catch their names, but it was 10-4 at 18 clocks that should tell them who it was. I can even call the firm office on this little jewel. she just needs to learn because you think something doesn't mean it should come out of the mouth. only wow is everything I can say about her.

Very polite and quick service, still my favorite place to take coffee on the jump! to have all kinds of aromen and unique drinks!

The between c and d terminal today about 530 clock, which I understand is early. long line and lady very slowly understandable. the people went out of the line crazy. both of them were terrible. they had 3 ice cubes and neither tasted. asked for chocolate glazed and got chocolate frizzed donut. Even with the attempt to be extra nice, it was very rude all the time for everyone.

Iced coffee mocha ordered. Cold coffee with cream received. Server works cash register with glove on and then makes drink with same glove on.
