Ihop - Fort Myers

Service was good. eating came fast and hot. the order was correct. restaurant seemed clean. the problem was at the arrival, they had two young men working as hostess; one of them was also cleansing tables. names were not taken, and a group that came after us said they were there first and ended sitting before us, even after I had spoken. the gentleman from the other group was a real louder mouth, and instead of challenging him, we decided to wait. if names were taken, it would have been no problem. I have felt that some of the chaos at the arrival seemed to be sitting by a little hurry, someone, someone and maybe more. children!

Breakfast for dinner bad idea . You think IHOP would always have good breakfast food. Bacon like leather, no flav. White or wheat toast were my only choices. I had asked for seedless rye. Guess not : . Server was fine, did her job well. She should go work for a good place, she could make some .

We had a great experience at this location! At first our waiter was taking a long time to come and take our order for our drinks BUT then came another wonderful lady and apologized that it was time to switch shifts and the person that was supposed to come wasn't there yet, so she stayed and took our order. The only complaint I have is that in the women's bathroom, there is a bathroom with huge spaces between the door and the wall, and it is right next to the sink, so anyone that is washing their hands can see through and see the person sitting in the toilet? no privacy whatsoever. Overall the food and service was fabulous!

Our waitress Jessica had absolutely the worst attitude. From taking our order to cashing us out she was extremely rude! She was running around frantically and yelling at everyone including customers. Seemed to be blaming everyone, but herself for the mad customers! She does NOT belong in the serving industry. The food was mediocre, over cooked bacon, cold eggs and when my daughter finally got her pancakes after having to ask for them 2 times they were room temperature. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

After almost 3 years of living in Fort Myers we finally found out that this IHOP is open 24hrs we came to grab a bite at 1am. I can truly say that this is the most cleanest nice smelling IHOP that I’ve EVER been to. Sylvia, (our waitress) she is the BEST employee IHOP has ever had. She was in top of everything had food made EXACTLY how you ordered it. Very pleasant nice young lady. Great job to the restaurant manager for that specific IHOP. We will definitely drive the extra time to make this our to go IHOP! Thanks for the good dining experience, great service yummy food.
