La Bella Pizza And Pasta - Fort Myers

We are visiting family in the Myers area of Long Island, NY and wanted to try some pizza. We had heard that it's hard to find a good NY style thin crust pizza in Florida, but La Bella Pizza Pasta proved us wrong! We found them on Google and decided to give them a try after seeing a positive review. Some may say it's not authentic NY pizza because the crust is too thin and crispy, but we thought it was absolutely delicious! The calzone was also fantastic. Overall, we highly recommend trying them out if you're in the area, you won't be disappointed! - A very satisfied customer.

This restaurant used to be our go-to place for pizza, but the last two times we tried to order, our order was cancelled over an hour after placing it. Tonight, we called to check on our order and were told it was no longer available. We never received a call asking for instructions or any sort of communication. We only received a confirmation on the app that our order had been cancelled. We tried calling the restaurant again, but there was no answer. We are very disappointed and will not be ordering from them again.

I am only giving this restaurant one star because I have to in order to write a review. The pizza was nothing like the New York style pizza I am used to from being born and raised in New York. The crust was very thin and greasy, and the garlic bread was just a small piece of bread with butter, garlic powder, and parsley. It was a very disappointing experience overall. Additionally, we were told we couldn't eat inside because there were only two people working, but then I saw another girl working when I went back in. They should not claim to have New York pizza because it was not even close. I was really looking forward to having pizza like I would back home, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. We had high hopes, but were let down.

Pizza is definitiw not new york style, teig is too thin the crust is too roasted. for the money they charged me, I feel like I'm getting out. we couldn't even dive in. there were no people there, should have known better. never again.

Food was good and portions large. Workers were very pleasant to customers. Food ready quickly even on a Friday night.
