We ordered a few drinks and some fries, but then a seemingly intoxicated man from a nearby group approached us, ate our fries, and created a disturbance. I alerted my waitress about the situation, but she simply replied that they wouldn't charge us for the fries. I ended up paying the rest of the bill and left. It's clear that the staff didn't even notice or take action regarding the security guard who was with him. I definitely won't be bringing anyone here again.
A few friends and I visited and found it to be a great venue for the younger crowd. However, the drinks were quite pricey. I ordered an Angry Orchard apple wine, which cost around $8. By the time I had three drinks and added a tip, I ended up spending about $30. The atmosphere is nice and has two beautiful historic features, but I recommend you play the house before heading over to avoid spending your entire budget here.
I've been here twice now, and I've had a great time each visit. Just a heads up for those who smoke: you can't smoke outside. It doesn't bother me personally, since I don't smoke, but a few people in my group were craving a cigarette. On the plus side, they have live music and great drinks, and I always end up dancing a little! It's a fantastic spot for both young and experienced adults.
For a team dinner at 6:30 pm (8 people), ordered food at 6:30 and did not get our food until 7:45. The service of the Mike server was cruel. Empty water glasses, empty drinks, late dinner, disgusting bathrooms. When we got dinner, I got the grouper with rice. The rice was as if it had been taken out of the refrigerator and microwaved, thrown on the plate. The grouper was overcooked and the world's smallest part for 27 dollars. I felt compelled to eat it because we had waited for almost 2 hours and I starved at this point. The sad thing was that I had to eat the rest of my staff, Steak, because I was starved from small portions and poor sides, that I wouldn't even feed my dog. Terrible experience from a restaurant that assumes to be medium level. I have better service food from Texas Road House than that joke of a place. The manager stepped in and helped what was great, but it was too late at that time. Avoid.
What a surprise?! Jazz performance on Wednesday nights 7-8:30. The music was fabulous. High end jazz group. Right here in Fort Myers. Usually have to go to NYC or Chicago to get such great Jazz. I came at 6:15 so we could have dinner. Nightclub ambience. Good choices of food. Had the Cauliflower steak and it was delicious. Fresh salads and my friends enjoyed the coconut shrimp and also the steak. The cheesecake was terrific. Friends loved the chocolate cake. I will be back on Wednesdays for the Jazz, the atmosphere and the food and good times.
