Feedback gevenEvery day before work, my coworker stops by Dieucks to get coffee and can't stop talking about Margarita, a coworker who always greets him warmly and makes his drink every time. After experiencing her kindness and excellent service myself, I can see why he's become such a fan. Margarita made me feel like the most important person in the world when she served me at the window.
I no longer waste my money because the wait times at every location are just too long! It would be better for this coffee shop to have a standalone building with a drive-thru like other businesses. That's all.
The drink had way too much ice, making it difficult to enjoy during the two mile drive home. The wait times at this restaurant are always long, resulting in cold food. Service could be improved.
I don't know if this is a franchise or not, but I'm trying to avoid the daily drinking of my wife. dieucks in general has not stopped to a daily choir to a fast. either they can't order ahead or they're out of random dings. this is particularly bad. this morning it has once again tried to find that the inner is closed again, but it is not disturbing to inform them when they order a mobile. So when they arrive, they think they can catch their order and let them sit in the drive that waits behind 10 cars. If I had time for it, I wouldn't order the app. if they can't serve their business to work normally, they let people know instead of ordering and paying them and then forced to sit in the line.
If the doors are locked turn off your mobile order through the app. We ordered and arrived to locked doors and a terribly long drive through that took nearly 10 minutes. Definitely won't ever be back to this location.
