Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Myers

I didn't give stars because the food and the service was lousy. I waited for 5 minutes or more before I was even recognized. I was trying to go, but I had a car in front and back. The food was terrible. The chicken didn't taste right. Spoke then with my daughter did not know that she visited the same place the day before. She thought it was her, but I didn't confirm it. Last time I used Summerland Street. Super service eating the best. Never again.

Close at this point with 20 minutes and was not spoken in the drive thru, nor was I served in any way. The car before me was helped. I don't like to understand if customers come in late BUT the store should not close 20 minutes early. Someone should have answered the speaker at least and told us they were closed. Instead, I had to see the doors were closed and the lights were out.

Explained to me how after being told on drive through they couldn?t hear me like 3 times I did yell then got attitude lol *fix or have your speaker maintenance properly* and the order ended up messed up and so with my son who is coming down from laughing gas, came with me when we went inside and HE EVEN told them they messed up, and I still had to pay for what they missed? As a manager in the food industry this was handled poorly! Do better!!

Very disappointed in this location. Waited FOREVER in line. They screwed up my smoothie, so they had to remake it. Made me pull out of the drive thru to wait on the Cuban sandwich I order....really...almost $8 for this? I wouldn't feed this to a dog. SO GROSS! Had to throw the whole thing away.
