Papa Johns Pizza - Fort Oglethorpe

Did not want to even give this manager of this place a 1 star.. was unable to even write a review without adding a star... I ordered a pizza with their automated service that obviously wasn't at the actual store.. they charged me twice and then reversed the order twice.. tried to contact the manager for over an hour that was at the actual store.. when I finally got in touch with him he was completely unconcerned with my frustration and ended up hanging up on me.. being in a field of complete customer service this is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Obviously reading other reviews.. you might want to consider getting a NEW manager! So sorry that you have a problem keeping employees but I would completely think at that point it was the management. Worst experience ever

My family wanted pizza tonight so we got online and ordered it for pick up. Upon getting home we realized one of our xl new york style pizzas was completely wrong. We tried calling multiple times and can get no answer.

Pizza sauce makes a good pizza.They have good pizza sauce, but they won't use it.The last ~4 times I've ordered and ask for extra sauce, there's barely any.Is there a shortage? Do they need to charge a $1 ?They've made good pizza bad.

Terrible. Pizza dough uncooked. I asked for well done. How do you mess up pizza.
