Unfortunately we were not impressed by this special jefferson. we have eaten several times in birmingham and enjoyed it. our wings.
Service was great! fried mushrooms and funnel cakes are awesome! but do not recommend the wings. order extra crispy and got fat and flaabby.
Came for lunch when we got through. The Cheesy Jalapeño Bisse were super delicious. Family friendly casual atmosphere. Bright airy. Friendly young energetic staff. Lexikon B. was a superstar. Many TVs with a variety of sports games. I wanted to come out of the kitchen for a while. But it was freshly hot, so it was worth waiting. I ordered the Chicken Nachos. It had more salad than Nachos, but it was still delicious. Hubby's Cheeseburger (one with the egg) Fritten were really brilliant. Left filled from the large portion sizes. Note that the outdoor parking space and the walking areas are a bit clean. The sports jerseys on the walls are cool. A few of them to think could be a washing of the little grubby fingers they touch. If I had lived in this area, a regular food-hingout spot would be. Would be nice to have this restaurant near our house, Madison, Monrovia, Harvest area! Very recommended!
We were needing somewhere quick to eat besides fast food when we arrived in town for the weekend and Jefferson's fit the bill. They had a nice bar area if you're into having some drinks, a nice outdoor area with open mic night, and then regular table areas. It was a nice sports bar area with TVs playing all different sports on them. The food was pretty good especially for a chain restaurant. My wife had the shrimp po-boy with potato salad and cole slaw and it was good, but the slaw wasn't for us. It had a heavy horseradish flavor and just wasn't for us. I had the Fried Pickle burger and onion rings and it was all delicious. If you're looking for a good sports bar environment with some good food, give Johnson's a whirl, you won't be disappointed!
