Feedback gevenI was looking forward to quenching my hunger with a footlong , chips , and drink here . The customer service I received from one lady was very rude , she mugged me the whole time and look mad as I was selecting what I wanted on my meal . That made me leave , not putting up with that .
Service was super slow, bread was overbaked and falling apart. The whole sandwich looked like it fell out of a helicopter crash.
Tuna sandwich (was barely wrapped in the paper). Another sandwich is a new one added to the list or name changed.
As always, an AFFES, restaurant skimping on the portions. What is this an Army DFAC. I pay more and get less. The off-post locations make the wraps where they barely can wrap it. $7 for $3 worth of a wrap. Should've gone to McDonald's and got their $1 wrap. It has more meat then this thing.
Hours are weird so you can't get food after work. The customer service is usually poor as one of the employees constantly gives customers attitude. The service is also quite slow during lunch time. I have stood in line for over 45 minutes multiple times nearly waiting my lunch time. Hours need to be fixed and customer service needs to be improved.
