The staff at this restaurant were inattentive and slow when serving customers. One employee in particular, who I believe was named Derek, was rude to me while taking my order. This experience made me reconsider my decision to eat at this restaurant, but I had already placed my order. I do not recommend dining here and I will not be returning until there are improvements made to the customer service.
I spent an hour trying to reach someone by phone to see if the restaurant was open, but received no answer. I ended up driving there just as they closed. I won't be making the effort to eat there anytime soon.
I am disappointed with Subway's decision to switch from using a scoop for their steak and cheese subs to using trays. I received less meat in my sub compared to when they used the scoop method. The second half of my footlong sub had too much bread on both ends, leaving me feeling cheated. In contrast, my husband's deluxe version had the appropriate amount of meat. It is disheartening that Subway has reduced the meat quantity while keeping the prices the same.
