I stayed for 2 weeks because of work.Key cards don't work. You have to get your card reactivated every single day and you have to wait 5-15 minutes for the ONLY person working to respond to the front desk. Don't bother asking for room service, it took 3 days to get my garbage emptied. Was missing toilet paper. The shower is coming out of the wall. They use WAY too much bleach on their laundry. The sheets smell like chlorine and I broke out with rashes all over my body.The staff are great. I may have been frustrated a couple of times with them and they were nothing but polite. It's not their fault their management system and owners can't run a hotel.The staff go out of their way to help. When they are around. And that's a big WHEN.I would NOT recommend this place for anyone staying more than a single night.For 1 night the price is good and it's quiet. Anything more than that is just a frustration and kills your sanity.

It is nice staying here in Stonebridge Fort St John. The room is neat and clean. The complimentary breakfast here is delicious and have lot of variety for vegetarians and non vegetarians. The overall experience staying in this hotel is good.

Room are confortable, and adequate for the price. The cleanliness is meeting expectations. The beds are great. I had good sleep.Management is terrible. Here is why:1. You need to check in every single day. So, at 7 pm, there is an endless queue of clients waiting to have their room key reprogrammed. This is for security I have been told. But, all they ask is your room number and you are good to go. Why don’t they check my identity once for the two weeks I am staying here, instead of arbitrary reprogramming all the keys daily without validating client identity? A Grade 2 student would find the flaw in the system.2. It took me five nights to get a single bar of soap.3. If you are unhappy, the manager will be there at 9am. I work at 6, and come back at 8 pm. No manager on site when it matter the most.4. Hot breakfast: there are more signs about what you can’t do, than the actual number of food items available. No juice, out of service, unless you want bacon and spuds, good luck.5. Housekeeping on-demand only: I asked for it, it didn’t happened.6. Our client had to hire 24h security agents, so our emergency vehicles do get ransacked overnight.I have sent employees at this hotel for years. Never received any complaints. I am wondering why.One employee needs a medal « odjimbwe » which is most likely spelled wrong. Sorry. He was the front desk clerk on 2023-05-11. He went over and beyond to cover his colleagues and managers mishaps. He is the only reason I gave a second star. He got me soap and clean towels.I am of the impression that some staff members are caring more about this hotel than the management and ownership itself.

The worst front desk staff member I've ever encountered. It was bad enough that I did not check in and neither will anyone else with my company. I've never been spoken to so rudely by an employee at their place of work before. Poor hiring will cost this place lots of business, regardless of what amenities or renovations you might have.

By far one of the bad places in this townThe first impression was: toilet paper almost used up, shower dirty, long black hair on the shower curtain. Some green ugly residue in the bathtub, and I'd rather not want to know what that is. Permanent strong itch in the bed, the TV does not work even though I told them twice (as per the receptionist, ongoing maintenance... . The breakfast room was watched by a very strange man, who seemed to count how much xoffee, toast or sausages one eats. It felt very weird having someone watch me while eating the cheap junk factory food they provide. In the garbage it went and out I was. I definitely do not recommend this crack shack to anyone to waste their hard earned money on. Next time I'm up here I'd rather sleep in the truck and shower in the Petro pass than ever going to this place again. Customers beware ! Oh and btw, three days my room has not been cleaned plus the days before it was not taken care of. Shameful !
