Starbucks - Fort Saskatchewan

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Ordered a grande pike, nothing on it. The chick who took my order tells me I can get it at the end of the counter. Then she stands there doing NOTHING while I 'm forced to wait almost 10 minutes because all the drinks come from the people making the drinks. What, are you unionized at this location? The chick taking orders can 't turn 180 degrees, pick up a cup and pour the already brewed coffee into it? Totally get that if you order a fancy drink, it takes time but come on 10 minutes for a **** brewed coffee? Is there any way to leave less than 1 star??

Service has fallen a bit and there are flies EVERYWHERE. The flies are very gross

Very polite and prompt service. If I'm ever back I will stop by again.

Go here daily and get the same drink normally is made very good but today when I visited, the drink was not even made properly and definitely did not have the add ons that I had paid for.

So, we ordered our food from the drive -through and after ordering our food we moved on to pay for it at the point of sales and then suddenly the lady there ,her name was Anna,Filipino accused us of saying the S word which neither my wife nor myself said and Anna insisted that we said it .She was very rude in a way .we have been working in the service industry for a while and we know what should be said and not to be .We will never go back to that location anymore .we always buy Starbucks but will never return to that location .The staff are rude and look at you as if you are unwanted or discriminated there .
