Simple Simon's Pizza - Fort Scott

Thursday night the 7th of May I called in an order to be delivered 2A truck about a block away from Pizza Hut. They knew that I was a truck driver the manager was on the phone with me it would not let me pay for the two pizzas that I ordered he said that they owed the trucking community and he couldn't pay back enough. that was well beyond anything anybody else has done for most of us truck drivers. I would recommend them highly and they've got all my respect and for that manager to do what he did last night that was great well I thank them and every time I go through and all my buddies go through we are going to stop and patronize this business. Thank you very much

Ate here for lunch and the new manager was very attentive and friendly and the food was great

I ordered a pizza at 5:45 to be ready at 6. I pulled up to the window at 6:02 they told me a couple more minutes....6:36 and I don’t have my pizza, they can’t seem to find my pizza, 6:52 I finally got my breadsticks and pizza. No apology, no free pizza, NOTHING! Had I not already paid I would have left a long time ago! NOT a happy customer!! I asked for a number to complain and the lady said, “Um I don’t know. I guess you can call the office?” I told her I would figure someone to complain to.

The cheeseburger calzone is excellent. I add bacon of course. Service is quick and friendly. Love this place.

Ate there July 2nd for lunch found a hair in my pizza told the managers that act like it was no big deal. Didn't give me back my money or do anything to make it right last time I would eat there
