The dining room is randomly closed at different times. The app doesn’t say that, so you wind up having to stand in the drive through like an idiot waiting for your food, and the people in the cars get nervous. It’s potentially a very dangerous situation. It’s been closed at 7:30pm on a Saturday, 9:30am on a Sunday. Lots of times where it might be profitable to be open, you know? I don’t know if this store is independent but if there’s a regional manager, wholesale change needs to be made at this store to ensure its survival. When I go to a place advertised as open and it’s closed, I might try one more time, but I’m basically going to stop going there.

Drive thru was a little long but when I’m using one of their very good coupons, I tend to feel much more patient.

Window clerk was Impatient when I didn't understand the difference between the breakfast comboand the platter. She was apparently getting frustrated with my ability to you understand her and B came Rude Telling me that she already explained what the platter was and keptinsisting on giving me a Platter

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE DRIVE THROUGH SERVICE IVE BEEN WAITING IN LINE FOR 25 min. and yes the caps lock was on purpose i have places to be.
