On Dong Chinese - Fort Shafter

I understand why they got just 4.1 star even though their food is good, no complaint there, but on the other hand, some waitresses have a bad attitude. They were not being helpful to satisfy with customer.

Hours are not updated on Google or yelp, drive here twice during its normal business hours, paid for parking, and it’s closed. Extremely disappointing

Delicious authentic food. Ordered off the house specialty section. Dumplings and a noodle soup.Local area is a bit sketchy. Quite a few homeless. No one bothered us.

Had the jajang-myung....it was decent. The portions are small, but the warm tea was good. It was a bit sad eating my dinner with homeless people right outside staring at me through the window though. Jsjs.Parking: Good luck finding parking!

My go to when im craving seafood black noodle and sweet sour pork in Honolulu. Sign on the outside says Northern Chinese Cuisine but they serve kim chee, takuan and onions with black bean paste as starters. There are other similar restaurants in Oahu but this is the best?Portions and taste makes you come back for more, everything is served hot and right out of the kitchen. Parking can be tough during the day but evening free street parking is available. Service is adequate, when its busy you just have to flag them down. 5 stars???Parking: Meter parking in front and side streets and paid parking in back
