Silly employees who don’t under English and can’t tell between the colors white black and brown, female told me the location was in a brown bldg across aloha tower when in fact it was black and white she tried to make me a veggie pattie sandwich when I order a veggie delite!Vegetarian options: Well the same sandwich was $4 cheaper than discovery bay location which charged me $12.03

Tried to get gift cards but the employee was clearly incompetent. Made me pay for my soup separate from the gift card. Then spent over 5 minutes trying to get $50 of gift cards but she kept charging me $100, $150, and even $200. The line behind me was growing and I said forget it and I left. I can buy them at Longs. This is why I am against $15/hr minimum wage.

Everyone is always nice here, but they act like their job is a big inconvenience when someone shows up when there's no line. I get breakfast sandwiches here sometimes and half the time nobody is up front at 7:30am (opens at 7) and I end up leaving.

The place to go for big sub sandwiches with sort of fresh ingredients, a healthy alternative to the usual fast food choices.
