Out of all chow halls I have been too this one is by far the worst one. They're pedantic and stingy with the food, portions are small, food quality is sub par, it's even common to get some bad milk that can turn your stomach inside out. You can't even get a to go tray after your sit down meal of said low quality food cus reasons I guess. Civilian aren't the sharpest knives in the box, tbh it shouldn't be that hard because the food they serve here are on repeat 3-4 times a week. Sometimes they even run out of food even though this is a training command chow hall so they should have easily been catered to such demands but I guess not. Cleanliness is terrible, with silverware being still covered in food and even smelling funny at times.

Out of the 5 bases I’ve been to this dfac is the worst. The food is meh, the portions are tiny, and all with very little choice. Glad my taxpayer dollars are going to this place.

I have a lot of appreciation for the staff of this DFAC. They're always super helpful and accommodating despite the usual reputations many DFACs get. Way better than anything in Knox that's for sure.
