I got a sampler dish, thin sliced smoke pork, smoke polish sausage, smoke chicken leg, pulled pork and 2 sides. We got appetizers, my wife and I got drinks. The only thing I did not love was dessert (banana pudding). The service was great.
Great food! Not just ribs. I had the baby back dry rub which was so delicious w/baked beans onion rings. I had a lot left over because it was a full rack. None left now since I had a snack attack
Visited from Texas and we know BBQ... this was some amazing food! Get the sampler plate and share so you can taste pork, chicken, ribs etc. And the sauces rock. Great service, great food.
Let me start by saying my wife and I were born and raised in south Texas, so you get an idea of the kind of BBQ I like... My wife and I shared a half rack of dry rub ribs, half a pound of brisket, four tamales, a side salad (for my wife) and potato salad (for me). My daughter got the kids ribs and fries. The ribs were fantastic, we all liked them! The tamales and brisket were mediocre at best, but that's coming from a Texan so your mileage may vary. I liked my potato salad a lot, but it wasn't amazing. Our waitress was great and very attentive. I highly recommend the ribs!
Tried this place out for dinner tonight. I had the smoked 1/2 chicken with okra and bbq beans. The chicken was good and had a good smoked flavor. The breast was a little on the dry side but still was good. The seasoning had good flavor and wasn’t overpowering. The okra was good and fresh. The bbq beans were sweet and savory. Would definitely try other things on their menu. Service was great and friendly.
