Pad Thai Cuisine - Fort Smith

While on a scale of 1 to 5, I 'm rating this a 4, in Fort Smith this is the BEST place to go for Thai. The food is consistently very good! I have enjoyed literally everything I have ever ordered here. Their curries are very good my favorite being the panang ; but the green curry is very good too. I always judge a Thai restaurant based on their Pad Thai. They do a great job! The noodles are perfectly cooked and well coated with a nicely balanced sauce. Just a warning... I really like spicy (hot food. When you order here, you can request your heat level on a scale of 1 to 5. One is mild. Five is truly insane. I love it 'hot ' but my enjoyment factor tops out at a 4 here. I tried a 5 once and thought my lips were going to melt off of my face : . Love this place! Hope it stays in Fort Smith for a long time...

I had the Basil Fried Rice and it was amazing! Portions are huge for the price, and the service is great. Only down side is that now I crave the food a few times a week!

The best green curry we ever had. The larb chicken, pot stickers are also the tastiest I ever had. Had been to this place 2 days in a row to help with our cravings.

Excellent Pad Thai. Very large portion. I would recommend splitting or taking your leftovers home. It re-heats well. Be sure to use the lime.
