Feedback gevenThey say that patience is a virtue, one that has to be exercised here. Placed was severely packed and had to wait a little on the food. That being said, it was worth it. Food was constantly being prepared, everyone was friendly and the wait time wasn't too bad. First, the good. The amount of food you get depends on what you want. 3 choices of meals with 1 to 3 entree's and a side makes for a pleasant pick and choose experience. They pride themselves on plenty of flavor.Even the Lo Mein, while being just a basic noodle with simple oil and veggies, and with the few spicy choices I got for food, nothing was overpowering. Everything I got matched with each other. Next, the bad. You will be WAITING to get inhere for a while. This is a new place that is getting on their feet. Drive thru was packed, the inside dining area was packed and you will be rubbing elbows with a couple of people. I would say to not pick this as a fast dine in/order out. Sadly, they won't let you sample anything so if you have reservations about if you will like what's on offer, it will be either something you will like or won't. Lastly, there were some things my partner did not like but they're more of aneutral opinion. What they didn't like doesn't mean others won't. The cream cheese rangoons are more on the savory side so if you prefer sweet ones this isn't the place. Also both tea options, black and passion fruit and mango, areunsweetened. The passion fruit and mango is pretty much a black tea with a hint of fruit. They also ordered the honey walnut shrimp which wasn't bad, but there are definitely other places that, in their opinion, do a much betterjob. Overall, a positive experience. Only time will tell if they will have the staying power and will amass a good following. I encourage you to give it a shot. Welcome to Fort Smith, Panda Express ????
They opened and as expected, the crowds followed, (us included), we got there at opening and here was the issue, mostly a training one. The girl in front of us (inside dinning) had at the very least 15 to go orders that she then pay for INDIVIDUALLY. Our food had already been ordered and sat there getting cold as this 15 individual transactions happened in the one and only register they had open. So, MANAGEMENT, if you are reading this, and I hope you are, please avoidthis situation when you see it happen, open the second register and pull that customer aside to ring up all those individual transactions. The food was ok, but again, it was already semi-cold.
I?ve always liked Panda Express and I was excited to see one open here in Fort Smith, but I was surprised at how small the portions were compared to other locations. It barely fit the little sections in the box. However, it?s a clean location and the staff are friendly.
