Feedback gevenAte there last 3 days.2 people working.not their fault! Manager needs to be there and help them or while someone.after setting at order post 20 minutes, I drove around.2 people taking care of drive thru and front.sad.then we ordered steak teriyaki,got home had chicken.
Bought combos and ordered 3 cookies ,saw the girl only put 2 in bag. Then asked her if she put 3 because I only saw you put 2. She said she did, oh guess what, Nope got home only 2. Loved being lied to and paying for something I didn't get. Although it's 1 cookie it's the principal of it.
This store is terrible. Any time I have ordered in my app the order is wrong when I get home with it. Today I went through the drive thru and the person taking the order could not speak fluent English and was very difficult to talk with. He either couldn?t understand me or I couldn?t understand him. Got frustrated so I went inside. The store is dirty and there was no iced tea. Only two people working. This place is a disgrace. Will not be back. I?ll drive across town to the other one. They desperately need supervision there.
My beautiful woman and i went there at around 11:30 pm. Didn't think they would be open but they were. The guy who helped us at the drive through was excellent. Very polite, easy to understand and friendly but not over doing it. He made our sandwiches just the way we asked and we were on our way in under ten minutes. This worker deserves a raise. Overall a very pleasant experience.
I wish I could give no stars but it's not an option. I live here in Fort Smith and have been going to Subway my whole life. I'm a former employee. This Subway is by far the worst I have ever been to. The convenience is the only reason for choosing this location. My orders are often wrong I pay for extra meat extra cheese I get a smaller sandwich with less than I do when getting a regular sandwich at a different restaurant. This last time was definitely the last straw. The bread was half the size of the last Subway I ate at (because they obviously didn't let the bread completely rise before cooking) and they dont put extra meat cheese even though I paid for extra of both. No matter what I pay for extra here I never get it, this is the worst Subway I have ever ate at hopefully this message will get to the owners and possibly things could change or maybe it's just them trying to save money.
