Starbucks - Fort Thomas

The coffee and drinks here are quite overpriced. I'm not a regular customer; I usually visit when I'm with friends. I enjoy the chocolate chip frappuccino with almond milk, and I appreciate that they offer milk alternatives, which works better for me. Many small coffee shops don’t provide those options.

I'm not typically a regular at Starbucks since I’m more of a traditional black coffee enthusiast. However, every now and then, I like to take a moment to enjoy something a bit different. I stopped by this location for a little treat and found it to be quite busy, but the staff was both hardworking and friendly. My order was accurate and delicious! The place is impeccably clean and well-kept. It is a bit pricey, but if you're looking for something cheaper, just make it at home! As always, enjoy!

The service here is extremely rude and pretentious. There's one girl in particular who always seems to be working whenever I visit, and she has spoken down to me a few times while I was trying to place my order. She messed up my drink order, giving me something completely different, and then rolled her eyes dramatically when I brought it back to be corrected. I understand that it can be hectic at times, but if I’m being friendly and understanding, I expect the same in return.

The guy was preparing the order and touching everything with is bare hands during this pandemic. When I requested him to use gloves, he said he did not have one? Nice work.

Went in this morning on way to work for venti blonde roast and venti iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso. I had to wait a few minutes to be acknowledged by either of the two baristas. In their defense they were making coffees, but clearly saw me standing there and did not acknowledge my presence. After placing my order another customer came to order. However, her drink was prepared before mine and no it was not pre ordered as I heard the barista ask ?the usual?? I work in a service industry and even if I cannot assist the customer at that moment, I acknowledge their presence. I understand people have off days and will try again as this was my first time there and I do believe this was a fluke.
