Subway - Fort Valley

I walked in to find four people ahead of me in line, and the owner had just left two young girls to manage things on their own. When one customer is ordering four sandwiches, the wait time becomes excessively long. This restaurant really needs more support, especially during peak hours when the lines get long. Instead of assisting with the flow, the owner chose to leave. This location should consider themselves lucky that I wasn't a secret shopper!

Horrible experience! The bacon was undercooked, so I couldn’t even eat my sandwich. The bread was tough and hard to chew, and the lettuce was slimy.

The two women in this establishment are very rude. I asked if they where hiring for my teenage son and the manager told me she does not hire teenagers at all. I know that is discrimination. I gave her a $50 she told me that they don't take them even though the sign doesn't say that. The manager was taking another woman order and was very dismissive with her.

Updating my rating for the Fort Valley Subway. I think they are really trying to get better. Not sure what is going on there with the revolving door of employees. I have had a good experience the last few times I have gone. Decent customer service and nice people. Sometimes they don't have some of the toppings but I think this is happening everywhere.
