1st responder day and the Manger flat out refused to acknowledge the free sandwich even when shown the advertisement. Very rude and poor customer service.

The drinks had very little to no carbonation. We ordered food, and when we got home, both sandwiches were completely incorrect. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese, but the container was only half full. For $38, it just wasn't worth it.

The day of my visit, the manager refused to honor the free sandwich promotion, despite it being advertised. The staff was quite rude, and the customer service fell short of expectations.

My sub was tasty, with nicely toasted meat, but I found the cheese almost nonexistent, overwhelmed by the sauce. As for the others, my sister really enjoyed her sub, and so did my mother and stepfather. Overall, I'm giving this place a five-star rating, even though my own sub was more of a four-star experience.

Okay, so my friend and I went to 9/26 at 3:00. We were the only customers at the time, so they immediately accepted our order. During the order, the workers spoke and gave us the feeling that they didn't even want to be there. After our order, my friend had to ask for his drink because they spoke distracted. It took about 10 minutes until a sub came out with which we were all right because he ordered a big one. But the sandwich he was given was a medium??? Fortunately, the sandwich was made right. Thank God.
