I don 't know why I went back, but I did. Their humidor read 44% humidity on the second attempt. The cigar basically caught on fire and was unsmokeable immediately upon lighting up. 10 minutes later it started raining. It was like a great big cosmic joke. Their cigar was poorly maintained and could not be smoked. They have no lounge so you can 't sit inside. End result is I 'm sitting outside smoking a severely under humidified cigar that won 't stay lit because it 's covered in rain. Ha ha, jokes line up to the right. This place is what a crackhead thinks is a cigar shop. Upon checking out, the point of sale system also demanded a 20% tip even though the person working clearly had no idea whatsoever what any of the cigars were. They didn 't offer any help, and the bathroom was closed. Anyway, don 't come here. I 'm pretty sure at this point that this entire place is some sort of game to see how bad things can possibly get and have people still show up, but I guarantee I will never be back. The AI Gina will tell you that this is a family business who can 't get hired help, but that 's just because the owner used the free Covid ExcuseBot 3.0 revision in 2020 and didn 't bother paying for the 2023 update. Rest assured that yes, people want to work. But no, they don 't want to work for 9 dollars an hour, and customers don 't want to sit outside in the rain when you have a huge lounge and be treated like criminals who need a key to use the restroom. If you want to avoid crackhead customers, stop sell crackhead supplies. No other cigar shop in the area treats their customers as poorly as Hot Spot. I honestly hope it goes out of business so a better cigar shop can move in. Luckily a couple other cigar shops have moved into the local area recently.

I went to middle high school in Niceville and recently had to come back to the area temporarily to take care of my father. This cigar shop has been my therapy. The owner is so caring the employees are eager to learn soak up knowledge. They suggest top notch cigars for your palate preferences. They have quality high end cigars that make you want to come back. I enjoy the personal interaction the environment. great prices even better if your a member. To be able to get your hands on sought after allocated cigars is great. One of the best high end cigar shops in the area. Hot Spot is the place to go. friendly environment great cigar choices. a must visit if you enjoy cigars. Julian Pittman
