Parlor Doughnuts - Fort Walton Beach

According to their website, they close at 6:30 PM. However, when I arrived at 2:49 PM, the person behind the counter informed me that they were already closed. The door was open, and there was a sign indicating they were open. The staff member was rude, and as a regular customer who lives nearby, I was disappointed. I won’t be returning because, regardless of how good their products may be, poor customer service is unacceptable!

Additionally, the situation in the store was chaotic, with only three employees handling a long line of customers stretching out the door. The disorder made it impossible to voice my complaint about the hair in our donut. Overall, I left feeling very dissatisfied. It's clear that Parlor Donuts needs to seriously evaluate its staffing and quality control measures. When customers face issues but can’t address them due to insufficient personnel, it inevitably leads to negative feedback. I truly hope they take this criticism seriously and work on making necessary improvements.

The only reason we came here was so I could enjoy a gluten-free and dairy-free donut, so I was extremely disappointed to find they didn't have any available. My friends ordered some donuts and mentioned they were really good, with a few saying they were more like cronuts. However, my coffee was nice.

The best donuts ever! Nice and friendly service. I ate outside and it was lovely. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in Fort Walton!

Fantastic staff, decor and design was refreshing, and the doughnuts are hands down the best you will ever have!
