Feedback gevenBy the drive thru, there was no sign up indicated there was a 3 order limit in the drive thru. I walked in and when I looked at the register, when I saw the cash only sign l. There was nothing on the door notified customers their card machine is down. This facility was good and had great customer service, but since COVID and the opening after the descent of the customer service and the tone of the employees make it sound like we are an inconvenience for them.
When I moved to the drive-thru, the lady said, go ahead with your order. I made the order. The lady went quiet well for 45 seconds. I asked if the lady was still there? She cries back loudly that I've heard... She needs betterCustomer experience... This happened at 6:30 p.m. 08/30/22
I just went through the passage and ordered a three-piece chicken delicate food and my offers are raw. You serve raw chicken today. I tried to call her to let her know and no one will answer the phone. I am currently working and have no time to go back there at this moment, but as soon as I can, I will stop there to show them that their chicken Azra will become many people sick. So I finally got someone on the phone and they told me to bring it back and they would refund my money. Of course I had already eaten the potatoes before I and a chicken tender before I realized that the chicken was raw. I've been at the restaurant for 20 years. I think I know what it looks like. So they argued with me that the chicken was not raw and then they gave me only three dollars of the eight dollars I paid for the raw chicken. I do not recommend Popeyes at all and everything from me will never be here again
Was in transit for almost 45 minutes to get some chicken sandwiches. Then they licensed the order and I had to repair everything in the window and the lady was rude in the window. What the hell? The food was delicious
Literally ORDERED 3 meals and only got ONE meal. I?m so mad because this is not the first time it happens. I?m definitely going with KFC from now on. If I could give it 0 stars I would . Extremely bad service. And on top of that they have you waiting for so long without saying a word to you.
