Bangkok Golden Restaurant

Wanted to make a simple order of combination fried rice and a spicy basil fried rice. The young lady who took my order continuously talked over me, and would then say that I was confusing her. I would then repeat the order clearly and calmly and get the same result, this happened 3 times. I was finally allowed to speak without being interrupted, and she correctly repeated the order to me albeit with clear irritation. I politely gave her my name, and she rudely said bye and abruptly hung up. I called back,and let her know I did not like her response and would like to cancel my order. She rudely repeated that I would like to cancel my order and said ok, bye and abruptly hung up. I 'm not going to speculate as to what her issue is, although I have an idea, however I encourage ppl to only attend restaurants that value you as a customer. Needless to say, I WILL not be ordering from this place ever again, and would encourage others to not do so as well.

Food was a $32 mediocre delight. I didn’t even finish anything. Tum Yum soup, didn’t taste much of any lemongrass, tempura vegetables were nonexistent. A sliver of a sweet potato about the size of a potato string fry, half cut green beans bathed in batter. Fried rice, I just picked out the chicken because the rice was not flavorful at all. Not sure why someone recommended this place but the service was prompt. Food: 1
