I come to this Dunkin every weekend, sometimes on the weekdays, for a year now and I don't see my guy (I think his name is Sanji??? at the drive thru on the weekends anymore and the drive thru always had a long line--which always go by fast--but since he haven't been there my orders been getting messed up and there's barely any car anymore. I ordered a signature iced latte and was given a plain iced latte. Ordered 2 egg and cheese sandwiches but was given cheese sandwiches instead. THEN! My iced latte was dropped right in front of my eyes and instead of offering me a new one the guy just handed me the drink anyways. I didn't bother to complain so I just took it and threw it away. Never going back ??

Don't even know how many Dunkins I've rated. Love that they are generally all the same, something to be said about expectations.

I love the location of this Dunkin. Right near my work, right near the turnpike entrance, around the corner from my house. But I cannot go here anymore. On three separate visits, 1. Gave me the wrong order, someone else's. 2. Wrong coffee order and 3. Wrong coffee order. 3 screwups in less than 2 weeks. Im on the road for my job, sometimes I don't drink the coffee till I'm already on the pa turnpike, I don't have time to turn around and get a replacement.You associates really need to get your game up. 2 stars because you're terrible.
