Mcdonald's - Fort Washington

I must say that this is the most consistent mcdonalds I go to. they always have my order right, that eat always fresh, and the workers do their work here without putting in I love it. every time I go along and I need a quick meal, I can depend on them. they also have covid policies and restrictions to make sure they get their food safe and take seriously so this is a big bonus!

Fries could have been cooked for longer, my quarter was hot and properly cooked. my sprite was far too strong, the mixture is definitiw not right, but I come back. it’s hard to find a mcdonald’s that gives them hot riders and hot burgers!

I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this place! They consistently forget items with every order. Each time I visit, something is always missing. It seems like a change in management is necessary.

The food is well-prepared, but the wait times can be long, and there is a chance that your order might be incorrect. Customer service could use some improvement.

Due to COVID-19, the line was long and moved slowly. They had someone taking orders outside for the drive-thru, but that process didn’t work for me. I ordered a large hazelnut iced coffee and was quoted a price of $2.39. I had ordered the same drink just a few days prior for $1.06. The menu board also shows that it’s $0.99 for any size. I decided to leave the line.
