Starbucks - Fort Washington

I was uncertain of what to choose being a picky drinker and belive in requesting a substitution to ingredients that don't suit my lifestyle. The batista working that day took the time and extra effort to not only suggest some alternatives to a drink of my interest but ensured that if I did not like it, my next choice would be right behind it.

Everything else are nice, but it's very slow service during the weekend. There 10 customers in the line but there is only employee who serve the drinks. And working super slow. Seems like he doesn't care who is waiting. Overall, it shouldn't be any problem but it just cannot be compared to another Starbuck locations.

The girl running the register told me they weren't doing blended drinks. I didn't stick around for the backstory, but I feel blended drinks are kind of important for a coffee shop when the temperatures are in the 90s.

Very good quality coffee I love their Americana and they should keep the holiday Bliss bar for every day that is the best dessert treat I love it

I ordered Java Chip Frappucino, which contains mocha sauce and I ask her if the Java Chip doesn?t have a mocha sauce and she said that?s different drink. I ordered this drink like since I was teen and when does it change ? ??????????? THIS DAY SUCKS! The fact I just ordered this drink yesterday at the same store. LOL ? the other ladies working here are way better.
