Starbucks - Fort Washington

I ordered a Java Chip Frappuccino, which usually comes with mocha sauce, but when I inquired about it, the barista told me it was a different drink now. I've loved this beverage since my teenage years—when did it change? Today's just not going well for me! Interestingly, I ordered the same drink yesterday at this very location and had no problems. The other staff members here seem to know more about the menu.

The coffee here is outstanding! I particularly enjoy their Americano. They really should make the holiday Bliss bar available every day because it’s the best dessert—I absolutely adore it!

The slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. With just three people in line, I waited 30 minutes. It’s consistently slow whenever I visit, and they often get my order completely wrong. I try to stay away as much as possible.

The baristas were rude and appeared uninterested. They didn't even prepare my drink correctly!

As someone who values customizing my drinks to suit my lifestyle, I was initially hesitant about what to order. However, the barista on duty truly exceeded my expectations. They not only offered alternatives to the drink I was thinking about but also assured me that if I didn't like my selection, I could quickly switch to something else. Their helpfulness made the experience much more enjoyable.
