Arby's - Fort Wayne

They are not consistent in providing sauces and straws, but today they actually remembered to include both!

This restaurant was terrible. The food was not fresh, the meat was an unusual color, the fries were not fully cooked, and the mint shake tasted like a syrup. Additionally, there were no sauces or napkins available.

I have ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but I will not be ordering from them again. There was a 20-minute wait between placing my order and receiving it, and when the food arrived, it was cold and stale. This has happened before, but I decided to give them another chance and unfortunately had the same experience. While I understand it is fast food, the prices are too high to consistently receive cold, old food.

Portions were terrible on chicken!! 3 pc tender- each piece was comparable in size to the chicken bite things. The 9 pc Chicken bites only had 8 pieces and a tiny ball of breading (im assuming that was "supposed" to be the 9th piece). iced tea was warm with no ice in it. Half of the meat on the sandwich is dried out and crusty while the other half is super slimy. salad was fine, as was the dr pepper, but everything else was a huge disappointment.

My sandwich looks like it was rushed and the chicken itself was hard . My fries were cold . I couldnt even eat my food .
